The Food and Beverage (F&B) Services industry is a growing sector with around a total of 7,260 establishments in Singapore which includes food caterers, restaurants, bars, canteen, coffee shops, fast food restaurants, cafes, creameries, snacks bars, cocktail lounges and pubs. Business costs play a crucial factor to sustain the business in the long term. As 30% of it is manpower cost, it is important to upgrade the skills of the employees to retain them and make them competent in their work.
