Why You Should Attend This Course:

A good interview to hire the right candidates doesn't just happen.

To be effective, the interviewer plans for a structured interview and adopts behaviour-based interview for selection of candidates. This means that the interviewer needs to use the skills, tools and behavioural questions to conduct interviews objectively. The outcome is to hire candidates based on their past/current job performance, competencies and cultural "fit" for their organisation.

Participants will be taken through a structured interview process and develop the relevant skills/approach for achieving the interview outcomes that will benefit both the candidate and the organisation.

Methodology

This is a practical, interactive and lively workshop. The methodologies include interactive lectures, group discussions and presentation, skills building exercise, role-plays, self-reflection for action planning, and peer/team/facilitator assessment.

Through role plays, participants are engaged in simulated workplace scenarios to demonstrate their application of behavioural interviewing process, techniques, and skills when conducting behavioural interviewing.
